The World Health Assembly has requested the Director General of the WHO to develop in consultation with Member States, a draft global strategy on tackling oral diseases.
This new strategy is to be developed by 2022 and an action plan by 2023.
Member States, UN organizations and non-State actors are invited to submit their feedback before 17 September 2021 to varenneb@who.int.
