The Cleft Lip & Palate Association of Ireland are holding a public lecture on the 24th September 2002. The guest speakers will cover topics that concern treatments of children at different ages.Mr. Brady is one of the country’s leading maxillofacial surgeons involved in the treatment of cleft. His work starts with children age 10+ through to adult hood. He will explain better to us on the night.Ms. Julie Young is a Speech Language Therapist (SLT) attached to Temple Street Children’s Hospital. The role of the SLT is vital for a successful outcome to cleft treatment. Ms. Young will concentrate on Speech Language Therapy but will answer queries relating to feeding as well.Tuesday 24th September 2002
