The Dental Health Foundation welcomes the publication 'The Labelling of Food in Ireland 2002' which consolidates in one publication the myriad of laws and regulations governing the area. It provides specific information and guidelines relating to the labelling of food with regard to ingredients, additives, storage instructions, nutritional labelling, novel foods and genetically modified foods.
